Andrea has been the proud owner of Positive Energy Pilates since 2014. 

She wholeheartedly enjoys working with people to achieve the best performance their bodies can achieve at any stage of their lives. 

She is particularly interested in the capacity of the Pilates Method to identify faulty movement patterns which cause pain, discomfort or weakness and correct them. In doing so a more harmonious state of ease can be established within the whole body.

Andrea enjoys her part in each person’s journey with Pilates and considers her work a pleasure and a privilege.

Nicola Ford

  • Currently studying a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours).

  • 3 years Pilates teaching experience.

  • 12 years dance teaching experience. 

Nicola is an experienced professional contemporary dancer and holds her Studio and Rehab qualification through Polestar Pilates Professional Education.

Starting her Pilates journey from as young as 12 years old, Nicola wholeheartedly believes in the holistic methodology of Pilates and the restorative impact it can have on the mind, body and soul.

FAQ’s

Q - I think I need to start with a private session as I have to be careful of my lower back. How do I book this please?

A - There’s an introductory package called Intro Private (see Pricing - Private Sessions). There are two spots on the schedule reserved for these sessions, 4pm Tues and 4pm Thurs. If those times don’t suit you please email posenergypilates@gmail.com or call Andrea on 0408 603 188 and leave a message.

Q - How do I book and pay for classes?

A - Clients manage their own bookings and payments via ‘Mindbody’. You can access this by clicking “Book now” on this website or by searching Mindbody: Fitness, Salon & Spa in the App Store.
