Studio Classes

Semi-private classes (max 3 participants) on the Studio apparatus - Reformers, Chair, Trapeze Table, Ladder Barrel, Mat. Work from your personalised program and receive individual instructions.


Group Classes

Foundation Mat

Start at the beginning with work that lays the foundation for progress in all Pilates classes. A group class with max 6 participants.

Mat

An Intermediate level class on the mat, max 6 participants. A whole body workout to improve your strength, flexibilty, alignment and coordination

Barre

A group class at the Barre, max 6 participants. Work on your on strength, balance, coordination and flexibility with a bit of dance flair. 

Strength

A group class focusing on building strength with the use of hand weights. Max 6 participants. If you’re keen to improve your strength and prevent decline as you age this is the class for you.


Private Classes

If you’re a beginner or rehabilitating an injury, this one on one session will address your particular needs.
